“Just like to say thank-you to Najah for print-outs so we can do Yoga at home while everything is closed down. I am now doing a daily 30 minutes session at home, I do some exercise I remembered from classes. Starting with breathing and ending with breathing and I use U-turn meditation music as background. I always feel so relaxed when I finish”.
I look forward to seeing Najah when we get to the other side.
