“I have never been one to commit to exercise classes as they tend to bore me and I have to say I was sceptical about attending this yoga class.
However I joined ‘Yoga with Najah’ and it was the best decision I ever made. I have been attending now on a weekly basis for several months and it has truly changed my life. Health wise- my asthma and breathing are so much better, as I have learned to control and understand my breathing . My joints no longer ache and I am a much calmer and more relaxed person but most of all I sleep so much better.
I definitely recommend this teacher as she is patient, calming and most of all understands the needs of each individual in her class”
